Competition Format: Solo Forms Performance (Taolu)
Individual performance of prescribed LSMA forms. Judged on technique, power, rhythm, and expression. An accessible competition format — open to all sash ranks with division separation by rank.
Judging Criteria:
Technique — correct execution of prescribed movements
Power — force and precision of strikes
Rhythm — timing and flow of the form
Expression — presence, confidence, and martial intent
Divisions:
White-Yellow Sash: Form I
Orange-Green Sash: Forms I-IV
Blue-Purple Sash: Forms I-VI
Brown-Black Sash: All Forms
